Wildcat Cove Oysters are a Pacific Oyster species which are grown using the bag to beach cultivation method in South Puget Sound’s Wildcat Cove on Kamilche Point which is located southeast of Shelton, WA. They have deep cups with plump, firm meats, a mild brininess, a sweet vegetal flavor and a melon finish.
