I think text messaging is a great non-invasive way to communicate – Most customers get upset if they feel they don’t know what to expect or understand what is going on. Texting makes it easy and doesn’t even have to be face to face!

I think in the coming year, we will see a major shift to text based notifications (and subsequent spam from it all) ..
