Windy Point Oyster Flavor Profile Characteristics

Windy Point Oysters are a Pacific Northwest oyster from the Bow area south of Samish Bay in Washington State.  The cool, clean waters of the Rosario Strait  add a unique fruity characteristic to these deep cupped oysters. Windy Point oysters are rack & bag cultivated.  They have beautiful multi-colored shells with flairs of lichen green, black, purple, cream, gray and gold.

I agree Alicia.  I tried them for the first time a few days ago and Windy Point Oysters are excellent.  Great flavor, medium brine, nice!

They are delicious I am sure...but wow, just look at those gorgeous shells...beautiful indeed :)
