Raspberry Point Oyster Flavor Profile Characteristics
Raspberry Point Oysters are an Atlantic oyster from one of the Prince Edward Island oyster appellations in Canada. They are grown in the most northern oyster beds of North America, and due to the cold water it takes 6-7 years to reach market size. Raspberry Point Oysters are bottom farmed oysters. Bottom cultured oysters are grown the old fashioned way right on the bottom of the bay and are harvested using oyster rakes.
