Paramour Oyster Flavor Profile Characteristics
Paramour Oysters are one of the oyster appellations from the Chesapeake Bay region off the Maryland and Virginia coasts. They are cultivated off the shores of Parramore Island, Virginia. This area is very exposed to the Atlantic Ocean and so would think that Paramour Oysters would have a high salinity. But actually, they have a mild brininess.
